About the Disaster Intelligence Initiative

Unlike traditional emergency management platforms that are top-down and crisis-only, Di2's model is built from the community up. We are the only platform combining continuous citizen engagement with commercial-grade intelligence generation. This creates a powerful, self-reinforcing network effect: more citizens lead to better intelligence, which in turn attracts the partnerships and funding needed to continuously improve the platform and expand our life-saving mission.

INNOVATION, EMPATHY, AND EXPERTISE AT THE CORE OF DISASTER RESPONSE

How we Solve problems for our partners

Di2’s platform provides a sustainable, scalable ecosystem that delivers unprecedented value to a diverse range of partners. We turn community engagement into actionable intelligence that transforms how you operate before, during, and after a disaster.

Rubble from a collapsed structure, including charred wood and large stones, sits in the foreground. A makeshift tarp covers part of the debris. Mountainous terrain is visible in the background under a cloudy sky.

Through our QR system and automated call center, we act as a cost-effective force multiplier, scaling instantly when official systems are overwhelmed. You get real-time ground-truth intelligence that official sensors miss, with pre-disaster insights for vulnerability mapping.

We are working hard to ensure that our platform integrates with existing workflows, like WebEOC, to enhance your capabilities at every turn.

Our platform will always be free for citizens, providing life-saving guidance and direct access to automated support and reporting agents when official systems are overwhelmed.

We look forward to becoming a trusted preparedness partner with year-round guidance and a platform for neighbors helping neighbors.

We are building hyper-local, community-verified data you need, when you need it. You'll be able to access damage estimates for improved underwriting and business continuity. Plus, our data provides behavioral analytics on how communities actually prepare and recover, not just theoretical models.

We will soon be able to provide a reliable, frictionless way to signal your readiness and get to work faster when a disaster strikes. Our "Guardian Grid" (launch TBD) is a contractor-clearinghouse platform that connects pre-qualified, twice-yearly attested service providers with emergency managers the moment they need them.

This makes contract acquisition easier for you and ensures your resources are deployed where they are needed most.
